fa تأثیرات هوش ‌مصنوعی بر مفاهیم روابط بین‌الملل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هوش مصنوعی نوعی شبیه‌سازی هوش انسانی برای کمپیوتر و ماشین است که می‌تواند مثل انسان رفتار کند. این پدیده نوظهور، توانمندی‌هایی مثل تفکر، تصمیم‌گیری، یادگیری و حل مسئله را دارد. هوش مصنوعی ضمن تأثیرگذاری بر تمام ابعاد زندگی انسان امروزی و آینده، می‌تواند بسیاری از مسائل و مفاهیم در روابط بین‌الملل را با تغییر و تحول عمیق روبه‌رو کند و هدف مقاله حاضر نیز فهم تأثیرات هوش مصنوعی بر مهم‌ترین مفاهیم در نظریه‌های روابط بین‌الملل است. پرسش پژوهش این است که &laquo;هوش مصنوعی چه تأثیراتی بر مفاهیم روابط بین‌الملل دارد؟&raquo; یافته‌های پژوهش که با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به دست آمده است، نشان می‌دهد که هوش مصنوعی مفاهیم سه نظریه (رئالیسم، لیبرالیسم و سازه‌انگاری) را در بعد نظری و عملی دچار تحول و دگرگونی کرده است. مفاهیم سه‌گانه رئالیسم (قدرت، امنیت و جنگ)، مفاهیم سه‌گانه لیبرالیسم (اقتصاد، دموکراسی و صلح) و مفاهیم سه‌گانه سازه‌انگاری (هنجار،ساختار و کارگزار) از مهم‌ترین مفاهیم و مفروضه‌های سه نظریه یادشده هستند که با پیشرفت فناوری هوش مصنوعی دچار تحول شده و این نظریات بدون درنظرداشت فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی و هوش مصنوعی قادر به تجزیه‌وتحلیل روابط بین‌الملل جدید، نخواهند بود.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Atificial intelligence is a type of simulation of human intelligence in computers and machines that enables them to behave like humans. This emerging phenomenon possesses capabilities such as thinking, decision-making, learning, and problem-solving. In addition to influencing all aspects of contemporary and future human life, artificial intelligence can profoundly transform many issues and concepts in international relations. Accordingly, the aim of this article is to examine the impact of artificial intelligence on the key concepts of international relations theories.<br> The main research question is: &ldquo;What effects does artificial intelligence have on theories of international relations?&rdquo; The findings of this study, obtained through a descriptive-analytical method, indicate that artificial intelligence has transformed the concepts of three major theories&mdash;realism, liberalism, and constructivism&mdash;at both theoretical and practical levels.<br> The three core concepts of realism (power, security, and war), the three core concepts of liberalism (economy, democracy, and peace), and the three core concepts of constructivism (norms, structure, and agency) are among the most important assumptions of these theories. With the advancement of artificial intelligence technologies, these concepts have undergone significant changes.
