fa تبیین مسئولیت‌های حکومت اسلامی در قبال مردم در منظومۀ معرفتی قرآن و حدیث عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">فلسفۀ اصلی تشکیل حکومت اسلامی، نظم و نسق امور مردم و زمینه‌سازی مناسب برای رسیدن به آسایش و آرامش به‌مثابۀ فضیلت‌های انسانی است. بدین منظور وظایف و مسئولیت‌های سنگینی بر دوش حکومت اسلامی گذاشته شده است. این مقاله با روشی توصیفی‌ـ تحلیلی و کتابخانه‌ای با هدف تبیین برخی از مهم‌ترین مسئولیت‌های حکومت اسلامی در برابر مردم نوشته شده است. پرسش اساسی این است که مهم‌ترین وظایف حکومت اسلامی در برابر مردم چیست. در پاسخ به این سؤال، این فرضیه طرح شده است که شکوفایی استعدادهای نهفتۀ انسانی از رهگذر تعلیم‌وتربیت اسلامی، تأمین امنیت، استقرار عدالت اجتماعی و مبارزۀ سامان‌یافته با ظلم، رفع فقر و محرومیت، ایجاد انسجام و هم‌گرایی از مهم‌ترین وظایف و مسئولیت‌های خطیر دولت در برابر مردم است. یافته‌ها و گزاره‌های استنتاجی تحقیق حاضر حاکی از آن است که در جهان‌بینی اسلامی، قدرت و حکومت ابزار مطمئنی برای تأمین نیازهای مادی و معنوی انسان هستند. هدف غایی سامان سیاسی اسلامی، چه از نوع تأسیسی و چه از نوع امضایی، فلاح و رستگاری مردم است و رستگاری به‌یقین از مسیر تعلیم‌وتربیت شهروندان فضیلت‌محور و در پرتوی سازوکارهای مناسب اقتصادی، امنیتی، همبستگی اجتماعی و تصدی حکومت توسط کارگزاران عادل به دست می‌آید.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The main philosophy of the formation of the Islamic government is the order and coordination of the people&#39;s affairs and the creation of a suitable foundation for achieving comfort and peace as human virtues. For this purpose, Islamic governments have very great responsibility and duty. This research is going to consider the most important responsibilities of the Islamic government via descriptive-analytical method. The basic question is this: what are the most important duties of the Islamic government towards the people. In response to this question, this hypothesis has been proposed that the flourishing of human talents through Islamic education, providing security, establishing social justice and organized struggle against oppression, eliminating poverty and deprivation, creating cohesion and convergence are among the most important duties and responsibilities of the government toward its people and population. The findings and inferential propositions of the present research indicate that in the Islamic worldview, power and government are reliable tools for providing material and spiritual needs of human beings.
