fa نگاه راهبردی چین به افغانستان پس از خروج امریکا عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">روابط دو کشور چین و افغانستان در دهه‌های گذشته بر مبنای نگاه پکن به تحولات منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی تنظیم شده است. خروج نیروهای امریکا و ناتو از افغانستان و استقرار حکومت امارت اسلامی در این کشور سبب تغییر رویکرد چین از منظرهای مختلف شد. خروج امریکا از افغانستان منجر به تغییر توازن قدرت در افغانستان و به تبع آن در مناطق پیرامون آن شد. نگاه چین به افغانستان همیشه بر مبنای ملاحظات امنیتی بوده و در حال حاضر ملاحظات اقتصادی نیز در آن برجسته شده است. طرح بزرگ اقتصادی چین در پاکستان و آسیای مرکزی از یک طرف و نگرانی‌های امنیتی چین از پیوند میان گروه‌های افراطی در افغانستان با اویغورها در همسایگی این کشور مهم‌ترین مسائل مورد توجه چین بوده‌اند. قدرت‌یابی امارت اسلامی در افغانستان و خروج نیروهای امریکا باعث تغییر الگوی روابط چین با افغانستان از بی‌تفاوتی حساب‌شده به نگاه راهبردی شده است. در پژوهش حاضر، چرایی تغییر نگاه چین در قبال افغانستان از بی‌تفاوتی حساب‌شده به نگاه راهبردی را به بحث و بررسی قرار داده‌ایم.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In the past decades, the relations between China and Afghanistan have been adjusted based on Beijing&#39;s view of regional and international developments. The withdrawal of American and NATO forces from Afghanistan and the establishment of the Islamic Emirate government in this country caused a change in China&#39;s approach from different perspectives. America&#39;s withdrawal from Afghanistan led to a change in the balance of power in Afghanistan and as a result in its surrounding areas. China&#39;s view to Afghanistan always was based on security considerations, and now economic considerations are very important. China&#39;s big economic plan in Pakistan and Central Asia, on the one hand and China&#39;s security concerns about the connection between extremist groups in Afghanistan and the Uyghurs in the neighborhood of this country have been the most important issues of China&#39;s attention. Achieving power by the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan and the withdrawal of American forces have changed the pattern of China&#39;s relations with Afghanistan from a calculated indifference to a strategic perspective.
