fa اصول حکمرانی در نظام سیاسی اسلام عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چیستی و چرایی حکومت اسلامی از مباحث مهم زمانۀ ما است. برخلاف دیدگاه سکولاریستی، که حکمرانی را صرفاً امری بشری و عرفی می‌داند، این پدیده در اندیشۀ سیاسی اسلام ترکیبی از مقتضیات عقلانی بشر و بایسته‌های شرعی و وحیانی است. برخی از اصول کلی حکومت‌داری در اندیشۀ اسلامی به‌عنوان امر تأسیسی و شرعی مورد توجه قرار دارند که در کنار این اصول، از تجربیات انسانی و دستاوردهای علمی بشر دربارۀ ساختار نظام سیاسی، رابطۀ نهادهای سیستم سیاسی و روش‌های حکمرانی استفاده می‌شود. این اصول نسبتاً ثابت هستند و ریشه در امور شرعی و فروعات متحولی دارند که دارای خاستگاه بشری و انسانی هستند و هردو به‌گونه‌ای هم‌زمان در حکمرانی اسلامی مطرح هستند. تفاوت نظرهای عمیق و گسترده‌ای دربارۀ اصول شرعی حکمرانی اسلامی میان اندیشمندان مسلمان وجود دارد. در این نوشتار، حاکمیت الهی، مقبولیت مردمی، حاکمیت قانون، عدالت اجتماعی، آزادی‌های مدنی، سیاست خدمت، شورا و مصلحت امت اسلامی به‌عنوان اصول نسبتاً ثابت نظام سیاسی اسلام با استفاده از مجموع دیدگاه‌های اندیشمندان مسلمان مطرح و بررسی می‌شوند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">What and why Islamic government is one of the important topics of our time. Contrary to the secularist view, which sees governance as merely a human and customary matter, the principles of governance in Islamic political thought are a combination of human rational requirements and Shari&#39;a and revelation requirements. Islamic governance, like other Islamic teachings, has relatively fixed principles and changing branches. There is a wide and deep difference of opinion about the principles of Islamic governance among Muslim thinkers.
