fa خیزش چین در نظام بین‌الملل و چالش هژمونی آمریکا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">در آغاز قرن بیست‌ویکم، آمریکا با خیزش اقتصادی و نظامی چین مواجه شد؛ کشوری که اکنون رقیب آمریکاست و در آینده‌ای نزدیک تهدیدی برای تداوم هژمونی این کشور تلقی خواهد شد. هم‌اکنون عواملی نظیر نفوذ اقتصادی این کشور نوظهور در مناطق مختلف جهان و عضویت دائمی و دارا بودن حق وتو در شورای امنیت سازمان ملل ازیک‌سو، و حجم وافر بدهی‌های مالی &nbsp;و کاهش مستمر نفوذ اقتصادی و سیاسی آمریکا در جهان، ازسوی‌دیگر، که مواجهه و مقابله مستقیم آمریکا با این کشور را دشوار کرده است، ذهن راهبردشناسان و استراتژیست‌های آمریکا را برای مقابله با چین به خود مشغول کرده است تا پیشرفت چالش چین را سد کنند. پرسشی که به‌دنبال پاسخ به آن هستیم این است که راهبردهای آمریکا در مقابله با خیزش چین به‌عنوان چالشگر هژمونی آمریکا چیست؟ فرضیه‌ای که در این پژوهش به آزمون گذاشته شده این است که قدرت‌یابی روزافزون چین در نظام بین‌الملل چالشی برای تداوم هژمونی آمریکا به شمار می‌آید. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد آمریکا با بهره‌گیری از راهبردهای مختلف درصدد است تا از سلطه نظامی چین و فرامنطقه‌ای شدن قدرت آن جلوگیری کند. در این راستا آمریکا ازطریق برقراری روابط گسترده نظامی و متعهدکردن کشورهای پیرامونی چین به خود، استفاده از مناطق چالش‌زا به‌عنوان ابزاری برای فشار بر این کشور، بهره‌گیری از سازمان‌ها و نهادهای بین‌المللی و منطقه‌ای برای افزایش هزینه‌های سیاسی و اقتصادی چین برای مهار استفاده می‌کند. روش تحقیق در این مقاله به‌صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و استفاده و تحلیل داده‌هاست.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">At the dawn of the 21st century, the United States faced the economic and military rise of China, a nation that is now its competitor and is projected to pose a significant threat to the continuation of U.S. hegemony in the near future. Factors such as China&#39;s growing economic influence in various regions of the world, its permanent membership and veto power in the United Nations Security Council, and the increasing financial debts and declining global economic and political influence of the United States have made direct confrontation with China challenging for the U.S. These dynamics have engaged the minds of American strategists and policymakers to devise ways to curb China&#39;s progress as a challenger.<br> The question this study seeks to answer is: What are the strategies of the United States to confront the rise of China as a challenger to its hegemony? The hypothesis tested in this research posits that China&#39;s growing power in the international system presents a challenge to the continuity of U.S. hegemony. The findings of the study reveal that the U.S., through various strategies, aims to prevent China&#39;s military dominance and the transregional expansion of its power.
