fa بایسته‌های هم‌زیستی مسالمت‌آمیز در اندیشۀ سیاسی اسلام تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">انسان، براساس فطرت یا نیاز خود، محتاج زندگی جمعی است. زندگی اجتماعی انسان، از آغاز تا کنون، شاهد منازعات دوام‌داری برای قدرت، ثروت و شهرت بوده است. تأمین اهداف اساسی زندگی، تضمین حقوق انسانی و تعقیب جامعۀ مطلوب و عادلانه از مسائل مهم زندگی اجتماعی هستند. دستیابی به اهداف مذکور، تنها در پرتوی نظم و امنیت اجتماعی میسر می‌شود؛ ازاین‌رو، تأسیس زندگی مسالمت‌آمیز و به دور از منازعه و کشمکش، مسئلۀ اصلی و مهمی در سیاست و حکومت است. الگوی زندگی مسالمت‌آمیز در اندیشۀ سیاسی اسلام برای پاسخ به همین مسئلۀ اساسی و ضروری مطرح شده است. پرسش از بایسته‌های زندگی مسالمت‌آمیز در جوامعی که تنوع قومی، زبانی و مذهبی دارند، از مسائل مهم و اساسی است. با توجه به تنوع قومی، مذهبی و زبانی جامعۀ افغانستان و باور جمعی مردم این کشور نسبت به تعالیم و آموزه‌های اسلامی، تبیین بایسته‌های هم‌زیستی مسالمت‌آمیز از مسائل مهم کشور ما است (مسئلۀ تحقیق). با استناد به منابع اسلامی و استخراج دیدگاه فقها و مفسران مسلمان (روش استنطاقی) می‌توان این پرسش اساسی و مهم را توصیف و تبیین کرد. تأمین عدالت اجتماعی، حاکمیت قانون، آزادی‌های قانونی و مشارکت عمومی از مهم‌ترین بایسته‌های زندگی مسالمت‌آمیز و هم‌زیستی اجتماعی هستند (یافته‌های تحقیق).</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Human beings, by their innate nature or due to their needs, require collective living. Human social life, from its inception to the present, has witnessed continuous conflicts over power, wealth, and fame. Achieving the fundamental goals of life, safeguarding human rights, and pursuing an ideal and just society are significant issues in social life. Realizing these objectives is only possible through social order and security. Therefore, establishing a peaceful life free from disputes and conflicts is a primary and vital issue in politics and governance.<br> The model of peaceful living in Islamic political thought is proposed as a response to this essential and necessary issue. The question of the prerequisites for peaceful living in societies with ethnic, linguistic, and religious diversity is a fundamental and important topic. Considering the ethnic, religious, and linguistic diversity of Afghan society and the collective belief of its people in Islamic teachings and principles, elucidating the prerequisites for peaceful coexistence is a critical issue for our country (the research problem).
