fa آزادی بیان در منطق قرآن کریم با تأکید بر آرای مفسران فریقین تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">قرآن کریم، که خطوط بنیادی علوم انسانی را ترسیم کرده است، انسان را موجودی آزادسرشت می‌داند. آزادی مفهومی پرمصداق بوده که یکی از جلوه‌های آن &laquo;آزادی بیان&raquo; است. باتوجه‌به پروپاگاندا و فضاسازی‌های معاندان مبنی بر اینکه اسلام ضد &laquo;آزادی بیان&raquo; است و به افکار و سلایق ناهمسو فرصت ظهور نمی‌دهد، تبیین آن در ادبیات قرآن کریم و بینش مفسران، ضرورت فوری است. این نوشتار با بهره‌گیری از ابزار کتابخانه‌ای و نرم‌افزاری، روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و تفسیر موضوعی استنطاقی، در پی پاسخ بدین سؤال است که &laquo;آزادی بیان&raquo; در منطق قرآ‌ن چیست؟ قرآن کریم، در آن دسته از آیاتی که محاجّه و جدال با مخالفان را روا شمرده و به استماع اقوال دیگران دستور می‌دهد، حق ارشاد، نظارت اجتماعی و پرسش‌گری را برای آحاد افراد جامعه به رسمیت می‌شناسد، به امام و امت دستور مشورت‌خواهی و مشورت‌دهی می‌دهد، مظلومان را به داد&not;خواهی تحریص و کتمان حقایق را ممنوع می‌شمارد، &laquo;آزادی بیان&raquo; را نه‌تنها جائز، بلکه در مواردی لازم می-داند. استدلال به این مجموعه از آیات برای اثبات &laquo;آزادی بیان&raquo;، ازآن‌جهت است که این امور عینیت نمی‌یابد، مگر زمانی که بیان آراء و انظار آزاد باشد. بنابراین، در منطق قرآن بیان خواسته‌ها و داشته‌های ذهنی آزاد است. یادکرد این نکته مهم است که اظهار اندوخته‌های ذهنی بدون ضابط نیست؛ بلکه در قالب شرع، عقل، منطق و علم محدود می‌شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The Holy Qur&#39;an, which outlines the fundamental principles of human sciences, regards humans as inherently free beings. Freedom is a multifaceted concept, one of whose manifestations is &quot;freedom of expression.&quot; Given the propaganda and accusations by adversaries claiming that Islam opposes &quot;freedom of expression&quot; and does not allow divergent thoughts and tastes to emerge, explaining this concept within the framework of the Qur&#39;anic discourse and the perspectives of commentators is a pressing necessity.<br> This study, utilizing library and software resources, adopts a descriptive-analytical method and an interrogative thematic interpretation approach to address the question: What is the concept of &quot;freedom of expression&quot; in the logic of the Qur&#39;an?<br> The Holy Qur&#39;an, in verses that permit debate and dialogue with opponents and command listening to others&#39; opinions, recognizes the right to guidance, social oversight, and inquiry for all members of society. It instructs both leaders and communities to seek and provide counsel, encourages the oppressed to seek justice, and prohibits concealing the truth. The Qur&#39;an views &quot;freedom of expression&quot; not only as permissible but, in certain instances, as essential.<br> The reasoning behind citing this collection of verses to affirm &quot;freedom of expression&quot; is that these actions cannot be realized unless the expression of opinions and views is unrestricted. Therefore, in the logic of the Qur&#39;an, expressing one&rsquo;s desires and mental concepts is considered free.
