fa درآمدی بر مبانی فرانظری نظریه‌پردازی اسلامی در حوزه روابط بین‌الملل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">امروزه در مورد نقش دین به‌ویژه اسلام در مناسبات بین‌المللی پرسش‌های جدی وجود دارد. سخن از حضور دین و اندیشه اسلامی در مسائل سیاسی و بین‌المللی سؤالی دیرینه است؛ اما این سؤال هیچ‌گاه‌ همانند زمانه‌ حاضر با جدیت مورد توجه‌ قرار نگرفته است. انقلاب اسلامی ایران و تأثیرات آن بر نظام بین‌الملل، حادثه یازده سپتامبر، گسترش گفتمان مقاومت در جهان اسلام و گسترش نقش تأثیرگذار اندیشه اسلامی در مناسبات بین‌المللی، نقش گفتمان اسلامی در روابط بین‌الملل را بیش از هر زمان دیگر برجسته کرده است. داعیه حضور دین اسلام در مناسبات بین‌المللی، اکنون پرسش از امکان یا امتناع نظریه اسلامی در حوزه روابط بین‌الملل را به‌گونه‌ای جدی مطرح نمود. ماهیت غربی نظریه‌های روابط بین‌الملل، نادیده گرفتن نقش دین به‌ویژه گفتمان اسلامی در روابط بین‌الملل، ضرورت بازنگری در نظریه‌های موجود و تلاش برای نظریه‌پردازی اسلامی در عرصه روابط بین‌الملل را بیش از هر زمانی آشکار کرد؛ درحالی‌که‌ برخی از نویسندگان سخن از پی‌ریزی و تأسیس نظریه اسلامی روابط بین‌الملل را مطرح می‌نمایند، عده‌ای دیگر اصل امکان این تلاش را با شک و تردید روبه‌رو می‌کنند.<br> سؤال از مبانی فرانظری، نظریه اسلامی روابط بین‌الملل پرسش اصلی این نوشتار است. در پاسخ به این پرسش نوشتار حاضر تلاش می‌کند تا با استفاده از روش اکتشافی، مبانی فرانظری نظریه اسلامی روابط بین‌الملل را ضمن سه اصل هستی شناختی، معرفت‌شناختی و روش‌شناختی توضیح دهد. به باور نویسنده، اصل اباحه و جواز اولیه (هستی‌شناسی) اصل جامعیت شریعت اسلامی(معرفت‌شناسی) اصل اجتهاد و تفریع مسائل جزئی بر اصول کلی اسلامی(روش‌شناسی) از مهم‌ترین مبانی فرانظری، نظریه اسلامی است که جهت نظریه‌پردازی اسلامی در عرصه بین‌المللی می‌تواند ممد و مفید واقع شود.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Today, there are serious questions regarding the role of religion&mdash;especially Islam&mdash;in international affairs. The discussion surrounding the presence of religion and Islamic thought in political and international matters is an old one; however, it has never received as much serious attention as it does in the current era. The Islamic Revolution of Iran and its impacts on the international system, the events of September 11, the spread of the discourse of resistance in the Islamic world, and the growing influential role of Islamic thought in international relations have highlighted the significance of Islamic discourse in international relations more than ever before.<br> The claim of Islam&rsquo;s presence in international affairs has now brought forth a serious question: Is an Islamic theory of international relations possible or inherently impossible? The Western nature of existing international relations theories and their neglect of religion&mdash;especially Islamic discourse&mdash;have made it more necessary than ever to revisit existing theories and strive toward developing an Islamic framework for international relations. While some scholars advocate for the formulation and establishment of an Islamic theory of international relations, others cast doubt on the very possibility of such an endeavor.<br> The central question of this article is: What are the meta-theoretical foundations of an Islamic theory of international relations? In response, this study uses an exploratory method to explain the meta-theoretical foundations of Islamic international relations theory through three main principles: ontological, epistemological, and methodological. According to the author, the principle of initial permissibility (ibahah) in ontology, the comprehensiveness of Islamic Sharia in epistemology, and the principle of ijtihad and derivation of specific rulings from general Islamic principles in methodology, constitute the most important meta-theoretical foundations for Islamic theorizing.
