fa رویارویی آمریکا، روسیه و چین در شبکه‌ی ژئوپلیتیکی آسیای مرکزی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">با افزایش وابستگی اقتصادی جهان به منابع انرژی، اهمیت یافتن هرچه بیشتر مناطق انرژی‌زا، ظهور مجدد روسیه به‌عنوان بازیگر اصلی در بازار انرژی جهان، نفت و گاز آسیای مرکزی و خیزش چین به‌عنوان قدرت بسیار تأثیرگذار در عرصه‌ی بین‌الملل و شبکه‌ی ژئوپلیتیکی آسیای مرکزی، رقابت و رویارویی میان قدرت‌های بزرگ در این منطقه‌ی مهم ژئوپلیتیکی افزایش پیدا کرده است. کشمکش‌های طولانی‌مدت بین قدرت‌های بزرگ‌سیستم برای کنترل منابع نفت و گاز طبیعی آسیای مرکزی باعث شکل‌گیری &laquo;بازی بزرگ جدید&raquo; میان قدرت‌های بزرگ شده است. روسیه به‌عنوان بازیگر اصلی در آسیای مرکزی و چین به‌عنوان قدرت نوظهور و همسایه‌ی این شبکه‌ی ژئوپلیتیکی، خواهان ایفای نقش فعال در این منطقه هستند. آمریکا نیز به‌عنوان کشوری فرامنطقه‌ای که منافع مهم انرژی را در این منطقه برای خود تعریف کرده، خواهان روابط نزدیک‌تر با این منطقه است. پرسشی که در این مقاله مطرح می‌شود، این است که بازی قدرت برای تسلط بر منابع آسیای مرکزی میان چه کسانی است و کدام‌یک پیروز میدان خواهد شد؟ فرضیه‌ی ما این است که با توجه به اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی آسیای مرکزی برای قدرت‌های بزرگ‌سیستم، رقابت و رویارویی اصلی در این منطقه بین قدرت‌های بزرگ (آمریکا، روسیه و چین) خواهد بود. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که به‌دلیل افزایش روزافزون قدرت چین، این کشور بازیگر اصلی در آینده خواهد بود.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">With the world&rsquo;s growing economic dependence on energy resources, the increasing significance of energy-rich regions, the re-emergence of Russia as a key player in the global energy market, and the rise of China as a highly influential power in international affairs and the geopolitical network of Central Asia, competition and confrontation among major powers in this strategically important region have intensified. Longstanding struggles among global powers to control the oil and natural gas resources of Central Asia have given rise to a &ldquo;new great game&rdquo; between these major actors.<br> Russia, as a dominant player in Central Asia, and China, as a rising power and neighbor of this geopolitical network, are both seeking an active role in the region. Meanwhile, the United States, as an extra-regional power with key energy interests in the area, also seeks closer ties with the region. The key question this article explores is: Who are the main players in the power struggle over Central Asia&#39;s resources, and who is likely to prevail?<br> Our hypothesis is that, due to the geopolitical importance of Central Asia for the major global powers, the primary competition and confrontation in the region is among the United States, Russia, and China.
