fa اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی لیتیوم در سیاست جهانی و ظرفیت‌های افغانستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">لیتیوم به‌عنوان یکی از منابع استراتژیک حیاتی، نقشی کلیدی در توسعه فناوری‌های نوین به‌ویژه در تولید باتری‌های لیتیوم-یونی برای وسایل نقلیه برقی و ذخیره‌سازی انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر ایفا می‌کند. افزایش تقاضای جهانی برای این عنصر، اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی آن را دوچندان کرده است. افغانستان با دارا بودن ذخایر بالقوه لیتیوم، در مرکز توجه قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای و جهانی قرار دارد؛ اما به‌دلیل ناامنی‌های داخلی، ضعف مدیریتی، کمبود زیرساخت‌ها و نبود سیاست‌های شفاف و پایدار، تاکنون نتوانسته است بهره‌برداری مؤثر از این منابع داشته باشد. هدف این تحقیق، تحلیل اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی لیتیوم افغانستان در سیاست جهانی و ارزیابی ظرفیت‌های کشور برای استخراج و بهره‌برداری بهینه از این منبع استراتژیک است. سؤال اصلی تحقیق این است که اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی لیتیوم افغانستان در سیاست جهانی چیست و ظرفیت‌های موجود برای بهره‌برداری از آن تا چه میزان است؟ ذخایر لیتیوم، افغانستان را به بازیگری مهم در رقابت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی تبدیل کرده و بهره‌برداری مؤثر از این منابع می‌تواند نقش قابل توجهی در توسعه اقتصادی و سیاسی کشور داشته باشد. چهارچوب نظری و مفهومی تحقیق براساس نظریه ژئوپلیتیک تنظیم شده است. روش تحقیق به‌صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و گردآوری داده‌ها به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی انجام شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد باوجود ظرفیت اقتصادی عظیم، موانعی چون ناامنی، کمبود فناوری و ضعف مدیریتی مانع بهره‌برداری بهینه شده‌اند؛ اما فرصت‌هایی نظیر موقعیت جغرافیایی استراتژیک، امکان همکاری‌های بین‌المللی و جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز توسعه پایدار و ارتقای جایگاه ژئوپلیتیکی افغانستان شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Lithium, as a key element in new technologies and renewable energies, has gained a prominent position in global politics. Due to its widespread use in the production of lithium-ion batteries, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems, this metal has become a strategic material in industrial and geopolitical developments. The increasing growth of global demand, limited supply, and geographical concentration of reserves have created intense competition among major powers for access to lithium resources. Meanwhile, Afghanistan, with its rich lithium reserves, has the potential to play a role in the global market for this vital element. However, challenges such as insecurity, lack of appropriate infrastructure, lack of technology, and geopolitical competition have hindered the effective exploitation of these resources. The main question of this research is what role does lithium play as a strategic resource in global politics and what position does Afghanistan have in this field? The research hypothesis states that the importance of lithium in global politics is increasing and that Afghanistan, by addressing existing challenges, can become an important player in this field. This research was conducted with a descriptive-analytical method and based on library studies and used scientific sources, research articles, international reports and government documents.
