fa هوش مصنوعی و تحول ماهیت امنیت بین الملل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هوش مصنوعی تأثیراتی مهم بر زندگی انسان در ابعاد مختلف دارد. تأثیرات هوش مصنوعی بر مسائل بین‌المللی به‌ویژه امنیت بین‌المللی موضوعی است که در این نوشتار بررسی می‌شود. هوش مصنوعی دارای تأثیرات جدی بر محیط بین‌المللی، مفاهیم، مسائل و نظریه‌های روابط بین‌الملل می‌باشد. امنیت بین‌الملل به‌عنوان یکی از مسائل مهم بین‌المللی، تحت تأثیر این پدیده با تحول و دگرگونی جدی روبه‌رو شده است. مسئله اصلی این است که امنیت بین‌الملل تحت‌تأثیر هوش مصنوعی با چه دگرگونی روبه‌رو شده است؟ در پاسخ به این سؤال و با استفاده از روش توصیفی و تحلیلی بر این گزاره استدلال می‌شود که هوش مصنوعی امنیت بین‌الملل را از نظر مفهومی، سطح، ابعاد و مرجع با دگرگونی عمیق و گسترده روبه‌رو نموده است. جایگزینی امنیت هویتی و داده‌محور به‌جای امنیت دولتی، برجسته شدن سطح امنیت فردی به‌جای امنیت جمعی، غلبه امنیت سایبری و مجازی بر امنیت عینی و پررنگ شدن نقش امنیت داده و اطلاعات در مرجع امنیت از مهم‌ترین نمودهای تحول امنیت بین‌المللی تحت‌تأثیر هوش مصنوعی است که در این نوشتار مطالعه و بررسی می‌شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Artificial intelligence has important effects on human life in various dimensions. The effects of artificial intelligence on international issues, especially international security, are the subject of this article. Artificial intelligence has serious effects on the international environment, concepts, issues and theories of international relations. International security, as one of the important international issues, has undergone serious transformation and transformation under the influence of this phenomenon. The main question is what transformation has international security undergone under the influence of artificial intelligence? In response to this question and using a descriptive and analytical method, it is argued that artificial intelligence has brought about a profound and extensive transformation of international security in terms of its concept, level, dimensions and reference.
