fa منازعه هند و پاکستان؛ انگاره‌های متعارض و منافع متضاد در افغانستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">با توجه به جایگاه دو کشور هند و پاکستان در سیاست خارجی افغانستان، تشدید تنش و منازعه میان این دو کشور با پیامدهای منفی برای افغانستان همراه می‌باشد. فهم و درک این پیامدها برای اتخاذ استراتژی ملی مناسب و مؤثر در حوزه سیاست خارجی افغانستان از اهمیت جدی برخوردار است که در این نوشتار مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد (هدف). بدون تردید با توجه به نقش سیاسی و اقتصادی دو کشور هند و پاکستان در افغانستان و اهمیت هر دو کشور برای افغانستان، تشدید منازعه و جنگ میان دو کشور تأثیرات و پیامدهای جدی در افغانستان خواهد داشت. بر رسی پیامدهای سیاسی و امنیتی منازعه میان دو کشور، مسأله اصلی مورد بحث در این نوشتار است (سؤال اصلی). نویسندگان تلاش می‌کنند &nbsp;پیامدهای منازعه میان دو کشور بر امنیت ملی افغانستان را در چارچوب نظریه سازه‌انگاری مورد بررسی قرار دهد. به باور نویسندگان تشدید منازعه میان دو کشور تهدید جدی برای امنیت ملی افغانستان است (فرضیه). جهت تبیین این فرضیه، نوشتار حاضر ضمن بیان چیستی و چرایی منازعه تاریخی میان دو کشور، تلاش می‌کند تا نقاط متعارض منافع ملی و اهداف سیاست خارجی دو کشور در افغانستان را توضیح دهد. جهت‌گیری متوازن در روابط دیپلماتیک، تلاش برای فهم مشترک از تهدیدات منطقه‌ای و تقویت روابط متوازن با دو کشور به‌عنوان استراتژی سیاست خارجی افغانستان در قبال این منازعه مورد تأکید قرار می‌گیرد.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Given the significance of India and Pakistan in Afghanistan&rsquo;s foreign policy, the escalation of tensions and conflict between the two states generates adverse implications for Afghanistan. A thorough understanding of these implications is essential for formulating an effective and coherent national strategy in the domain of foreign policy, which constitutes the central concern of this study (Objective). Without doubt, considering the political and economic roles of both India and Pakistan in Afghanistan, as well as the strategic importance of both countries for Kabul, an intensification of hostilities between them would produce profound repercussions for Afghanistan. The principal question addressed herein is the political and security consequences of the India-Pakistan conflict for Afghanistan (Research Question).<br> The authors endeavor to examine the ramifications of this conflict for Afghanistan&rsquo;s national security within the framework of constructivist theory. They argue that the escalation of hostilities between India and Pakistan constitutes a serious threat to Afghanistan&rsquo;s national security (Hypothesis). To substantiate this hypothesis, the article first explores the nature and underlying causes of the historical dispute between the two countries, and subsequently analyzes the conflicting national interests and foreign policy objectives of both actors in relation to Afghanistan.
