fa نقش سیاسی و اقتصادی بریکس در تغییر نظم تک‌قطبی ‌بین‌الملل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">حدود یک دهه است که نظام بین‌الملل شاهد اعمال‌نفوذ قدرت‌های نوظهور بریکس در امور جهان است. شکل‌گیری گروه بریکس، که پیشرو نظم جدید در جهان است، باعث شد این بلوک خود را به‌عنوان بازیگر کلیدی در نظم بین‌الملل مطرح کند. این پژوهش به‌دنبال بررسی نقش سیاسی و اقتصادی گروه بریکس در تغییر شکل ساختار نظم جهانی است. مسئله اصلی پژوهش با این سؤال آغاز می‌شود که گروه بریکس از جهت سیاسی و اقتصادی چه نقشی در تغییر نظم تک‌قطبی دارد؟ برای پاسخ به سؤال این فرضیه آزمون شده است که افزایش نفوذ جهانی کشورهای عضو بریکس، بیانگر توزیع مجدد قدرت در نظام بین‌الملل و گذار قدرت از تک‌قطبی به چند‌قطبی است که به‌صورت بالقوه به کاهش نقش هژمونیک ایالات‌متحده منجر خواهد شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که ظهور بریکس در سال 2001 به‌عنوان یک مفهوم اقتصادی مطرح بود، اما به‌مرور زمان به‌عنوان یک بلوک مهم سیاسی و اقتصادی تکامل پیدا کرد. مقاله به‌دنبال تجزیه‌وتحلیل موضع گروه در قبال هژمونی غرب و ابتکارات مورد نظر گروه برای بازسازی سیستم‌های مالی و حاکمیتی جهان است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که بریکس نقش سیاسی و اقتصادی مؤثر در به چالش کشیدن نظام تک‌قطبی به رهبری ایالات‌متحده ایفا می‌کند. پیشرفت‌های قابل‌ملاحظه برای ایجاد نهادهای جایگزین نهادهای سنتی مالی تحت سلطه غرب مشاهده شده است.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">For about a decade, the international system has witnessed the influence of the emerging BRICS powers in world affairs. The formation of the BRICS group, which is the pioneer of the new order in the world, has led this bloc to present itself as a key player in the international order. This research seeks to examine the political and economic role of the BRICS group in changing the structure of the global order. The main research question begins with the question: What role does the BRICS group play in changing the unipolar order from a political and economic perspective? To answer this question, the hypothesis is tested that the increasing global influence of the BRICS member states represents a redistribution of power in the international system and a transition from unipolar to multipolarity, which will potentially lead to a decline in the hegemonic role of the United States. The research findings show that the emergence of BRICS in 2001 was an economic concept, but over time it has evolved into an important political and economic bloc. The article seeks to analyze the group&rsquo;s position towards Western hegemony and the group&rsquo;s intended initiatives to restructure the world&rsquo;s financial and governance systems. The findings show that BRICS is playing an effective political and economic role in challenging the US-led unipolar system.
