Abstract:   (14 Views)
Abu Hanifa is a just and rationalist jurist whose political views are considered a turning point in the intellectual and political history of Muslims. The views emerging from his searching mind not only influenced his time; but also influenced the ages after him. The importance of Abu Hanifa's political views lies in the fact that they are the result of the successful interaction of the text and political life, which was designed with the aim of moving society out of a chaotic and disorderly situation towards a desirable situation. This research is trying to examine the intellectual and political crises of Abu Hanifa's era and the solutions he proposed for exiting the chaotic situation towards a desirable situation, using the method and logic of Spriggans's research. In accordance with the logic of Spriggans' research, the research findings show that Abu Hanifa, in observing social disorders and in the stage of diagnosing pain, considered the causes of all disorders to be political tyranny and intellectual confusion, and he presents these factors as the causes of the diseases of his time. Establishing a political system under the leadership of a righteous person; that is, a just and upright person, as well as leaving behind narrow-minded beliefs, formulating a set of rules in order to respond to events, adhering to the principle of tolerance, debate and free scientific discussions are the prescriptions and solutions that Abu Hanifa offers to organize the affairs of his society.
